Having eye bags and dark circles though I get enough sleep and rest was always my huge problem since I was young. And getting rid of eye bags and dark circles has always been what I longed for.
Frankly, I don’t know why I am still getting dark circles and bags even getting sufficient amount of sleep. I make sure I drink more than eight glasses of water and eat the right kind of foods. I can manage and accept the eye bags but my dark circles are so prominent that it always bothers me. Oddly enough my colleagues never had signs of dark circles even after a night out. That even frustrates me more.
I know there is a way to get rid of these bags and dark circles under my eyes. With aging, the tissues around your eyes, including some of the muscles supporting your eyelids, weaken. Normal fat that helps support the eyes can then migrate forward into the lower eyelids, causing the lids to appear puffy. -Fluid from Allergies and Sinus issues also may accumulate in the space below your eyes, adding to a swollen appearance. Cosmetic surgery called Blepharoplasty CAN fix the fat pads that migrate, and lower eyelid lifts can tighten the skin in that region.
